Harborough Armed Forces Day
The work of the armed forces was celebrated here in Harborough on July 4th, with the first event of its kind.
The town’s forces organisations joined together at Welland Park for the event , which is part of celebrations that have been held across the UK over the last couple of week.
There was a opening a closing ceremony that included the raising and lowering of the special armed forces day flag.
The town’s Air Training Core band performed too, as well as the Army Cadets.
