Singer Songwriter Ruby Triumphs At Harborough Talent Show
Saturday April 13th saw the Grand Final of Harborough's Got Talent. Numerous entries into the earlier audition stages had been whittled down to 17 acts. The audience were treated to an excellent variety show. Among the performaces were vocalists, musicians, tap dancers and a magician. Last years winners Joanne Woodcock School Of Dance entertained the audience whilst the votes were being counted. The overall winner was 18 year old singer songwriter Ruby Finch - who received the winners trophy as well as a cheque for £500. Runner up was Major (vocalist) and third place was awarded to 17 year old vocalist Rob Williams. The competition is the second of it's kind and was organised by The Market Harborough Musical Theatre with support from HFM.
