Dave's Big Slim!
Just a quicknote to let you all know the big slim has now ended.
I lost the not so staggering amount of 9lbs although i one point i had lost a stone and a half!

I would have liked to have lost a lot more but lack of time for excercise and 2 jobs where i sit on my backside all day seem to hinder things. I do feel fitter though and i am going to keep trying to eat the right stuff and get some more excersice in my life!
